Refunds follow the unused capacity.
The service is prepaid. When a voluntary partial refund is approved, it is tied to the unused remainder of the specific credit lot that originated from the payment.
How to request a review
Contact billing@aletheionagi.com from an organization-owner address and include the checkout reference. We verify identity, usage, open incidents and the originating credit lot before changing the ledger.
Partial-refund basis
Subject to applicable law and processor rules, the maximum voluntary refund is proportional to the unexpired, unused grounding units remaining in the originating lot. Units already delivered, blocked or safely abstained are consumed service and are not treated as unused.
Service failure
Grounding units reserved for an internal platform failure are released automatically. A verified extended incident may qualify for an additional credit or refund under the applicable order form.
Disputes and chargebacks
A refund, dispute or chargeback may freeze or reverse only the entitlement linked to that payment while reconciliation is open. Other valid lots must not be silently consumed by the reversal.
Mandatory rights
Nothing in this policy limits non-waivable consumer or business rights that apply under governing law.
